Modify appointment using Booking Wizard
Double-click the appointment.
Alternatively, right-click the appointment block and select Modify appointment.
Modify the appointment as required.
Click Review and Save.
Click Save.

Modify service or booking duration |
| NoteThe guest-specific duration for the service and service provider gets updated in the current appointment and on guest's profile. |
Add additional guests to the booking | Click +Add guest. A new row is added for the additional guest. The front desk staff can copy the services selected for Guest 1 to other guests, if the Copy Guest 1's First Service to All Guests' in Group setting is enabled. This allows them to quickly assign the same services without re-entering details for each guest. Optionally, the front-desk staff can choose not to send appointment notification for this change to the guests, by selecting Do not send appointment notification for this change. | |
Remove guest from the appointment | Clicking Remove guest will cancel the appointment. |
