Modify appointment using Booking Wizard

  1. Double-click the appointment.

    Alternatively, right-click the appointment block and select Modify appointment.

  2. Modify the appointment as required.

  3. Click Review and Save.

  4. Click Save.

Points to consider

Move the appointment time

At step 2, select the time to which you want to move the appointment.

Price scaling

If price scaling is enabled and the invoice is paid, discounted, campaign is applied, or redemptions are applied, you cannot move the appointment.

To move such an appointment,

  • Edit the price on the invoice

  • Remove redemptions

  • Remove discounts

  • Remove campaign

Move the appointment to another day

  1. At step 2, Click the calendar icon, and then select the new date.

  2. Select the time to which you want to move the appointment.

Change the provider

At step 2, select the provider to whom you want to move the appointment.

Change the duration of the appointment

At step 2, in the Duration column, select the duration.

Change the guest details

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the guest's name.

  2. In the guest panel, select Modify.

  3. Enter the guest details, and then select Modify.

Add a service to an appointment

At step 2, in the Service column, select the service.

Remove a service from an appointment

Click the Delete appointment icon next to the service.

Modify service or booking duration

  1. For the service, click the pencil icon.

    Note

    If you do not see the pencil icon, either the Therapist field has 'Any' or you do not have permission. Reach out to your administrator.

  2. On the Duration adjustment window, do the following:

    1. Edit the duration.

    2. Click Update.

Note

The guest-specific duration for the service and service provider gets updated in the current appointment and on guest's profile.

Add additional guests to the booking

Click +Add guest.

A new row is added for the additional guest.

The front desk staff can copy the services selected for Guest 1 to other guests, if the Copy Guest 1's First Service to All Guests' in Group setting is enabled. This allows them to quickly assign the same services without re-entering details for each guest.

Optionally, the front-desk staff can choose not to send appointment notification for this change to the guests, by selecting Do not send appointment notification for this change.

Remove guest from the appointment

Clicking Remove guest will cancel the appointment.
