New Service Visits

New Service Visits in ezPulse represents the total number of invoices that include at least one service item type where the guest is visiting for the first time. This metric helps identify how many unique guests experienced a service at your center for the very first time during the selected date range.

It’s a critical indicator of new customer acquisition for service-related offerings. Tracking New Service Visits allows you to measure the success of your marketing efforts, referrals, and first-time guest campaigns.

Each invoice is counted only if it meets both of the following conditions: it includes at least one service and corresponds to the guest’s first-ever visit. Invoices for retail-only purchases are excluded.

Example: Suppose five guests visited your center this week. Four of them had received services before, and one new guest booked a facial for the first time. Even if the new guest purchased both a facial and a manicure during that visit, it still counts as one New Service Visit.

In this scenario: New Service Visits = 1

This means your center had one first-time service visit during the week, representing a new guest’s initial engagement with your service offerings.
