Configure your online shop
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
In the Shop Section setting, click Add.
Add a title and description for your shop.
Upload a background image for the shop.
To set the type of shop from the Type drop-down menu, select Web Page.
Add a URL for your web page shop that redirects the guest to the webstore.
Click Publish.
Configure gift card shop
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
In the Shop Section setting, click Add.
Add a title and description for your shop.
Upload a background image for the shop.
To set the type of shop from the Type drop-down menu, select Gift Card.
Enable gift card amount
To sell gift cards of any denomination or a specific set of price points on the Consumer Mobile App (CMA), you must first enable gift card amounts.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To sell amount gift cards on CMA, turn on the Enable Gift Card Amounts setting.
Click Publish.
Enable custom amount gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To allow your guests to decide the price of the gift cards on CMA, turn on the Enable Custom Amounts for Gift Cards setting.
To set the custom validity for gift cards, select Custom, from the Validity of a Gift Card in Days setting and enter the number of days for which the gift card stays active.
Enter the maximum amount allowed for the price of the gift card.
Click Publish.
Enable service gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To enable the sale of Service gift cards on CMA, turn on the Enable Gift Card Services setting.
Click Publish.
Enable custom service gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To allow your guests to add services of their choice to gift cards, turn on the Enable Custom Service Gift Cards setting.
Click Publish.
Enable package gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To enable the sale of package gift cards on CMA, turn on the Enable Gift Card Packages setting.
Click Publish.
Enable custom package gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To allow your guests to add packages of their choice to gift card, turn on the Enable Custom Package Gift Cards setting.
Click Publish.
Enable tips for service and package gift card
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Shop setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click CX V3 > Shop.
To prompt the guest to add a tip with service and package gift card, turn on the Ask for tip for service and package gift cards setting and enter the suggested tip percentages.
Click Publish.
