Roster Summary by Instructor report
The Roster Summary by Instructor report in Zenoti provides a summary of all the classes that a particular instructor is teaching, as well as the number of students enrolled in each class. The report gives you a detailed view of the number of classes an instructor has taught, date of classes, duration of class, net price, students registered, students signed in, closed invoices, and total users.
Studios can use this data to track the performance of instructors, identify popular classes, and make informed decisions about class scheduling and marketing.
If you see columns that have blue numbers or blue text, click them to view more details.
Click the Reports icon.
In the search box, enter Roster Summary by Instructor and select the report.
Alternatively, click the report category and click the report from the list.
Select the desired filters.
You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.
Click Refresh
Column descriptions
Column | Description |
Net Price | The expected amount to be paid by the guest excluding tax. It is calculated as Net Price = Price - Redemptions |
Registered | The number of students who have registered for the class. This number also includes any online registrations. |
Total Users | The total number of students (registered, signed in, and closed) for the class. |
