Appointments by status
All appointments except for those that are voided or deleted are counted in the total appointments metric based on their appointment date.
To reconcile and drill in further, follow these steps:
Click View reports .
The Appointments report appears.
From the Date Type list, select Appointment Date.
Select Dates and Centers.
From the Appointment Status list, choose the statuses that correspond to the appointment data you require, as detailed below:
Total appointments: Consider all appointments based on their appointment date, regardless of whether they are closed. Note that deleted appointments are excluded. To view this data, select all options except Deleted.
No-show: Appointments marked with a no-show status, regardless of whether a no-show fee is applied. Select No Show status.
Cancellations: Appointments marked as cancelled, regardless of whether a cancellation fee is applied. Select Cancelled status.
Open and confirmed: The appointment status is open and the actual service start time is not null. Additionally, appointments marked as confirmed are also considered pending. Select Open and Confirmed statuses.
In progress: The appointment status is open, but the service time has already started. Select Checked-in status. If a user has not checked in and the appointment is in progress, it will fall in the 'open and confirmed' category.
Completed: The appointment status is Closed. However, appointments with no-show or cancellation fees are not considered completed. Select Closed status.
Click Refresh.
