Customize labels for Amenities and Facilities
Zenoti allows businesses to replace the default terminology used across the appointment book, Booking Wizard, and POS with labels that match their business type. For example, a sports club might replace Amenity with Court, or a hotel might replace Facility with Venue.
There are two sets of label settings, managed in different areas of Configuration.
Amenity labels
Amenity label settings are in the Services configuration section. Changes apply across the appointment book, POS, and online catalog.
To customize amenity labels:
At the center level, navigate to Configurations > Services.
Locate Enter a label for Amenity and enter your preferred term in the text box. This replaces the singular form of the word Amenity wherever it appears across the appointment book, POS, and Webstore.
Locate Enter a label for Amenities and enter your preferred term. This replaces the plural form.
Locate Enter a label for Services / Amenities and enter your preferred term. This replaces the combined label used in shared menus and dropdowns.
Click Save.
Facility label
The Facility label setting is in the Appointments configuration section at the center level. It replaces the word Facility in the appointment book, Booking Wizard, and POS for Amenities.
To customize the facility label:
At the center level, navigate to Configurations > Appointments.
Scroll to the Enter label for 'Facility' setting.
Enter your preferred term in the text box. For example, a sports club might enter Court, or a hotel might enter Venue.
Click Save.
The updated label appears wherever the word Facility is referenced in the appointment book, Booking Wizard, and POS.
