Service Guests

Service Guests in ezPulse represents the number of unique guest profiles that had at least one invoice containing a service during the selected period. This metric reflects the total number of individual guests who received services, regardless of how many times they visited.

It helps measure guest reach and retention in your service business. A higher count indicates a larger active service guest base.

Example: If 10 unique guests visited your center during the week and 7 of them had at least one invoice containing a service, then: 

Service Guests = 7 

This means 7 unique guests received services during the period.
