How do I track tester or sample products?

Create tester and sample products as separate product entries with their own product codes. Mark them as Consumable (not Retail) since they are used for demonstrations, not sold. Track their stock separately from the saleable versions. For Aveda products, the system recognizes "T" prefix product codes as tester products and "BB" prefix as BackBar products, routing them appropriately.
