Make forms mandatory for Locker assignment
This article explains how to enable the setting that makes submission of a form mandatory for the assignment of a locker. When the setting is enabled, users cannot skip the form during the assignment of a locker, and the assignment cannot be saved until the form is submitted.
Prerequisites
Role: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Permissions: No special permissions are required.
Set up the locker form under the membership forms and notifications settings before enabling the mandate setting.
Attach the form to the relevant lockers using the Forms field on the Create Locker or Edit Locker page. For more information, refer to the Add and Manage Lockers article.
To mandate form submission for locker assignment:
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
In the Memberships section, search for and select Mandate form submission for locker assignment.
Turn on the toggle.
Click Save. The setting is now enforced for all locker assignments until the toggle is turned off.
Note
This setting works alongside other mandate form submission settings under forms and notifications. Each setting controls form submission for its respective workflow, such as upgrade, downgrade, freeze, and cancellation of memberships.
Disable the Setting
When the setting is disabled, locker assignment reverts to the default behavior, where the locker form is shown when configured on the locker but is not enforced as mandatory.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
In the Memberships section, search for and select Mandate form submission for locker assignment.
Turn off the toggle.
Click Save.
