Navigate across forms easily
A single guest associated with your business might have multiple forms linked to their profile depending upon their purchases. This includes service forms, class forms, membership/package forms, and by default, the guest form.
You might have to navigate across all the forms linked to a guest for purposes of tracking treatment progress, compliance, or troubleshooting problems.
You can do so by following the steps below:
At the center level, click the Guest icon.
Select a guest profile and click the Forms unified view tab.
The name of this tab may differ depending on the label set at the organization level.
Search for the form.
For the relevant form, click the View icon.
To navigate to other forms directly from the current form, on the form window, place your mouse over the Go to form list.
Navigate to and select your desired form.
