Zenoti Solutions
Enhance your Master/Admin Management
Dynamic Pricing Setup: Create weekday-specific pricing (For example: “Happy Mondays – 20% Off”) using service-level price lists or day/time-based price discount rules.
Series Packages OR Predefined GC: Offer packages or gift cards that encourage weekday usage — For example: “5 facials for the price of 4 if you redeem on a weekday” or Buy a $100 GC and get an extra $20 bonus GC for the purchaser to use. While Zenoti does not have configurations to restrict “weekday redemption only” you can manage this outside the system based on the below recommendations-
Put a front desk friendly name for the package or GC like “Weekday bliss - 5 Facials for price of 4” Or “Weekday Giftcard 100+20”
Educate/train and inform the front desk to restrict redemption based on the name
Put a clear description of the package and GC - both online and instore that should communicate the terms clearly
Audit via package/GC redemption reports that can be scheduled to be sent daily on the email of manager/owner
Get Discovered and Capture Attention (Marketing)
Segment guests whose wait time has been more than 15 mins and send them a communication asking them to come on weekdays for their next appointment to reduce wait time. (This is subject to the business having purchased AI powerd marketing as an add on)
Send reactivation campaigns to guests inactive for 30+ days with weekday offers.
“Midweek Magic” – Discounted services on Tuesday/Wednesday.
“Treat Yourself Tuesday” – Add-on offers (free head massage with a facial on a weekday).
When creating the discount, you can choose the redemption to be on “weekdays” only by only selecting monday - friday.
Social Media Promotions: Promote your above weekday offers on social media
Open slots campaign: You can configure open slots campaign and enable it on sunday to show slots for next 5 days and send it as an email campaign to your customers.
Making your Booking Easy and Effective
Weekday rebooking and turnaways: Encourage guests who can’t get weekend slots to rebook for weekdays with a “next best slot” suggestion on a weekday. Train your staff to suggest weekday slots. If the slot is unavailable on a weekend, rebook them on a weekday.
POS Reminders: Train front desk to promote weekday rebooking before checkout.
Customer Mobile App: Send push notifications for weekday promotions.
Improve Online Presence
Webstore Announcements: Add banners to promote your weekday offers like ““Midweek Magic” – Discounted services on Tuesday/Wednesday!”
Employee Management
Employee scheduling - Schedule your “most booked” staff on weekdays and give them week off on weekends to promote more bookings against them on weekdays
Incentivize Weekday Bookings: You can setup a model where the staff get 10% extra for all weekday booking to promote them to try and get guests back on weekdays. To do this in Zenoti you can add a custom calculated column in payroll report by adding 10% to the base revenue and show the final calculation in the new column.
