Configure wait times in kiosk
Display waitlist in kiosk
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Display waitlist setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Display waitlist based on wait times in kiosk
You can choose to display the waitlist for guests on the Kiosk based on estimated wait times.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Display waitlist based on setting from the Appointments section.
Select the Wait times option.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations;
This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable kiosk mode setting at the center level.
Display waitlist based on queue position in kiosk
You can choose to display the waitlist for guests on the kiosk based on the position indicator.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Display waitlist based on setting from the Appointments section.
Select the Queue position option.
Click Save.
This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable kiosk mode setting at the center level.
Enable wait time notifications for guests
You can enable wait time notifications to keep guests informed of changes and appointment start times on Kiosk. If this setting is disabled, the wait time notifications will not be displayed to the guests on Kiosk.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable wait time notifications for guests setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Enable next-in-line notification
Based on your notification settings, guests will receive a Next-in-line Notification, indicating that they are next in line for their appointment.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Next-in-line notification setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations:
This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable wait time notifications for guests setting at the center level.
Enable threshold notification
Based on your notification settings, guests will receive a Next-in-line Notification, indicating that they are next in line for their appointment.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable Threshold notification setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Enter the queue position at which you want the guests to receive these notifications.
Click Save.

Enable the Display waitlist setting at the center level.
Select Queue position from the Display waitlist based on setting.
Turn on the Enable wait time notifications for guests setting.
Enable first threshold notification
You can send your guests SMS or email notifications based on their wait time. For instance, you can set up notifications to go to the guest 30 minutes and 5 minutes before their appointment.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable First Threshold notification setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Enter the wait time at which you want guests to receive the first notification.
For example, if you want guests to receive a notification 30 minutes before their appointment, enter "30" in this field.
Click Save.

Enable second threshold notification
You can send your guests SMS or email notifications based on their wait time. For instance, you can set up notifications to go to the guest 30 minutes and 5 minutes before their appointment.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable First Threshold notification setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Enter the desired wait time at which you want guests to receive the second notification.
For example, if you want guests to receive a notification 5 minutes before their appointment, enter "5" in this field.
Click Save.
