Backup your data
You can take a backup of your data by navigating to the designated modules, where you will find the option to export your data. Navigate to the organization or the center level based on your requirements to create a client export file to save off-boarding data from Zenoti. To export data, ensure that the necessary role permissions are enabled. It is recommended to sign in using either the Owner or Manager roles.
These steps will enable you to gather exit data or off-boarding-related information from Zenoti for your business. Refer to the table below to understand how to retrieve or export data from various modules.

Impacts and considerations
When implementing the exit data process in Zenoti, certain data cannot be easily extracted in bulk from the UI. Here are the known gaps and their solutions:
Guest notes cannot be bulk extracted
Manually access each guest record to copy and paste the notes into another document outside of the Zenoti system.
Forms and associated photos cannot be bulk extracted
Manually access each form of interest and save it, along with its photos, to another document outside of the Zenoti system.
Credit card numbers are not stored in Zenoti
Tokens referencing stored credit cards with the payment processor are only stored. Request a 'Stored card transfer' to another processor to recover the stored credit card tokens.
