Configure equipment
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Equipment from the Business details section.
Click Add.
In the General tab, enter details such as the Code, Name, Description, and Quantity (the number of people who can use the equipment at a time).
To alert front-desk staff when the equipment is overbooked, in the General tab, select the Allow booking beyond capacity checkbox.
To make the equipment available for booking, in the General tab, select the Active checkbox.
Impact and consideration: If the equipment is not working or is under repair, clear the Active checkbox.
Click Next.
To associate rooms with the equipment, in the Rooms tab, select the appropriate room names.
Click Next.
To associate services with the equipment, in the Services tab, select the appropriate service names.
Click Finish.
To edit equipment details, follow Steps 1 and 2, click the equipment name you wish to edit, make the required edits, and click Save.
To delete equipment, follow Steps 1 and 2, click the equipment you wish to delete, and click Delete.
