Enable Challenges for your organization

This article provides step-by-step instructions to configure Challenges, allowing businesses to track participation and engagement effectively. Configuration involves activating the feature at the organization level and ensuring visibility on the Webstore and CMA (Consumer Mobile App) so students can participate. Once enabled, businesses can set up challenges to track student engagement and progress.

The Challenges feature is not enabled by default. Challenges can only be managed at the organization level.

Required roles: Center Managers or Owners

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select Enable challenges for classes from the Fitness section.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. Click Save.

    To disable challenges for your business, turn off this setting.

Enable Challenges for CMA

The Enable Challenges toggle for the Customer Mobile Application (CMA) is visible only when Challenges are enabled at the organization level.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Click Online booking settings and select the CX V3 option.

  3. Navigate to the Classes section and expand the General section.

  4. Turn on the Enable Challenges toggle.

  5. Click Save.

    To disable challenges for students on CMA, turn off this setting.

Enable Challenges for Webstore

The Enable Challenges toggle for Webstore is visible only when Challenges are enabled at the organization level.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Click Online booking settings and select the Webstore V2 option.

  3. Expand the Display Settings section.

  4. Turn on the Enable Challenges toggle.

  5. Click Save.

    To disable challenges for students on Webstore, turn off this setting.
