Copy guest 1's first service to all guests in a group

Front desk staff can manage group bookings better by copying the services selected for Guest 1 (or the host) to other guests. This helps efficiently assign the same service preferences to multiple guests without the need to re-enter details.

When this setting is enabled, only Guest 1's first selected service is automatically copied to all guests in the group, including any added later. Once copied, if Guest 1’s service is changed, it will not affect the services selected for other guests.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select Copy Guest 1's First Service to All Guests' in Group.

  3. Enable the setting. If you do not want the host's first selected service to be automatically copied to other guests in the group, disable this setting.

  4. Click Save.
