Fix Zenoti University Access Issues

This article explains how to troubleshoot problems accessing Zenoti University—including the site not loading, login errors, or not seeing where to launch it. You will find quick fixes, deeper checks, and what to do if the issue persists.

Overview

Zenoti University is your learning portal for product training and certifications. When the portal fails to load or accept your login, the cause is usually a cached session, an unstable network, or using the wrong entry point. The steps below walk you through fast resets and the correct way to launch Zenoti University from your Zenoti profile.

Key terms

  • Zenoti University (ZU): Zenoti’s learning portal that opens in a new browser tab from your Zenoti profile.

  • Cache/Cookies: Temporary browser files that can cause stale sessions or loading issues when corrupted.

  • Entry point: The approved way to open Zenoti University, i.e., from your profile menu inside the Zenoti app.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your Zenoti account (username and password)

  • A modern web browser (Chrome recommended)

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Ability to restart your device and close/reopen your browser

Limitations

If Zenoti University is not enabled on your user profile or your role lacks permission, you may not see the Zenoti University option under your profile menu. You will need an admin or Zenoti Support to enable it.
