Create service equality templates
Service equality templates are used to indicate the services a guest can use by redeeming existing service credits. For example, your business has a service equality template in which two haircuts are equal to one haircut and wash. When this template is assigned to a membership that includes four haircuts, members can redeem two haircut and wash services instead of four haircuts. For more information, refer to the Service Equality templates article.

A template only takes effect once it is attached to a membership. This is has to be selected in the membership definition. The Memberships tab shows every membership that currently uses this template. It is read-only — it helps you understand who is affected before you make changes. Heads up: If a template is already used by active memberships, changing a multiplier will affect benefit calculations for those members. Zenoti asks you to confirm before saving such a change.
