Create service equality templates
Service equality templates are used to indicate the services a guest can use by redeeming existing service credits. For example, your business has a service equality template in which two haircuts are equal to one haircut and wash. When this template is assigned to a membership that includes four haircuts, members can redeem two haircut and wash services instead of four haircuts.

You can assign a service equality template to a membership only if the Allow Service Replacement? setting is turned on in the membership definition.
