Realtime Recos provide timely and relevant suggestions to your guests, enhancing their booking experience and ensuring they are aware of all the great products and packages your business offers. When guests are booking an appointment at the front desk, this feature:
Automatically recommends related product add-ons and packages based on the services being booked, helping guests discover the full range of offerings available.
Is only available for POS (in-store) bookings, ensuring that your front desk staff can focus on providing excellent guest service without the need to memorize and suggest additional products.
Example
Your guest Emily has just finished her service and heads up to the front desk to check out. The FDO proceeds to take payment. When the POS opens, a pop-up appears recommending products based on the services Emily received. | ![]() |
The FDO can view the details about each recommended product or package:
They can choose to add recommended products to the invoice, update quantities if needed, or scan a product barcode if the guest chooses a product that is not on the recommendation list. After the product or package is added, the FDO proceeds to add the product to the invoice and takes the payment. | ![]() |
