Guest check-out in new kiosk
Guests can now check out independently at the kiosk without waiting at the front desk. Guests can begin to check out using their phone number or email ID as soon as their main services are marked as Complete by the service provider or front desk operator. You can customize the theme according to your preference. Refer to the Customize theme for new Kiosk article for more information.
Individual guest checkout
A guest who has had their service completed can check out by following these steps:
Guest returns to the Kiosk and enter the email address or phone number used at the time of booking.
Guest views their service details.
Guest taps Check-out.
Guest views the Invoice Summary, detailing:
Service, price, and provider
Summary of subtotal, such as taxes (if applicable), environment fees, and staff gratuity.
Guest can add a tip based on the options (10%, 20%, 30%, or custom) or skip this step.
Guest can make a donation ($1, $3, $5, or a custom amount) if configured. The updated invoice summary reflects the tip and donation amounts.
Guest can Tap Make Payment ($X.XX) to continue.
Guest can select from the following payment methods and proceed to pay.
Use saved card.
Add new card.
Swipe/tap on a card machine, if it is configured and connected.
Guest can select how you would like to receive the receipt:
Print receipt
Email receipt
Guest can provide feedback by rating the visit. Guest can select from predefined feedback tags (for example, ambience, duration, or service) and add comments.
Guest taps Done. A notification is sent to the provider after your checkout is completed.
Group checkout
A guest with a group booking must check out the entire group together by following these steps:
Guest enters the phone number or email address used at the time of booking.
Guest views the names and statuses of all group members.
Guest taps the Check-out button to begin the group checkout process.
Guest views the Invoice Summary, detailing:
Guest names, service names, provider names, and prices
Summary of subtotal, such as taxes (if applicable), environment fees, and staff gratuity.
On the Add Tips screen, guest:
Applies a flat tip percentage (10%, 20%, 30% or custom) across all services.
Taps Individual tips to assign tips for each provider per guest
When selecting individual tips, guests can view one card per group member. Guests can tap a card to reveal:
A breakdown of providers for that guest
The service total
Tip percentage options (10%, 20%, 30%)
Guest selects the desired tip amount for each provider. Once complete, each card is marked as Done.
Guest taps Confirm total Tips ($X.XX) & go to next guest to move forward.
Guest can make a donation ($1, $3, $5, or a custom amount) if configured. The updated invoice summary reflects the tip and donation amounts.
Guest taps Make Payment ($X.XX) to continue.
