The new Kiosk offers extensive customization, enabling you to align its appearance and functionality with your brand and customer experience.
To customize the theme, follow these steps:
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Customize theme for new kiosk setting from the Appointments section.
Customize the theme based on your requirements.
Click Save.
You can customize the following at the organization level:
Set your preferred mode of appearance: Choose the overall appearance mode for your Kiosk. You can select between Dark mode or Light mode, depending on the ambiance you wish to create.
Select a color theme: Personalize the color scheme of your Kiosk by selecting from a range of preset color options. Whether you prefer a vibrant Scarlet, a warm Rust, a luxurious Gold, or any other available shade, you have plenty of options. These choices let you easily infuse your Kiosk with your brand colors, creating an engaging visual experience for your customers.
Adjust the card or button shape: Customize the appearance of cards and buttons by setting the corner radius to your preference, whether you prefer sharp, soft, or fully rounded edges.
Select a font: Choose or customize the headline font to match your brand’s typography, enhancing readability and visual appeal.
Upload marketing images: Choose and upload marketing images to boost engagement and promote your services.
You can select up to three images to feature as a slideshow on the launch screen, creating a dynamic first impression. Additionally, you can upload a specific image for the success screen, which will be displayed when customers complete transactions or interactions.
For both the launch screen and success screen, you can upload images in PNG, JPEG, or GIF formats, with a maximum file size of 3MB each.
You can also customize the marketing themes at the center level.
Navigate to center level > Configuration > Customize theme for new kiosk.
You can preview the changes before finalizing to see how they will appear on the Kiosk.
