Customize theme for new Kiosk

The new Kiosk offers extensive customization, enabling you to align its appearance and functionality with your brand and customer experience.

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Appointment and Queue management > Kiosk

  2. Toggle on Enable new Kiosk

  3. Review the confirmation dialog explaining key features and impacts

  4. Click Confirm to proceed to the Configure Appearance screen

Customize Kiosk Appearance
  1. In the Configure Appearance panel, use the live preview to see changes in real-time

  2. Configure the following appearance settings:

    • Preferred appearance: Select Light or dark mode

    • Color Theme: Choose Custom to create personalized branding

    • Primary color: Set main button background color and more (supports hex codes like #5A46A)

    • Secondary Color: Configure headlines, titles, gradients and calls-to-action

    • Accent color: Used for gradients on cards and on the top

    • Main button color: Change color of the main action button like "Proceed to check-in"

    • Secondary button color: Change color of the main action button like "Check-in later"

    • Background color: Change the kiosk background color across all screens

    • Header styling: Change colors for the header/logo area

    • Headline color: Set text color for headings

    • Shape: Select corner radius of cards and buttons (Rounded or other options)

    • Font: Choose Custom font and enter font name or paste font URL

Configure Marketing Images
  1. Under Marketing images:

    • Launch screen: Add up to 3 images that will display on the launch screen as a slideshow

    • Click Add Images to upload from your computer (accepts PNG, JPEG, GIF formats, max file size 3 MB)

    • Choose Fill style: Zoom and fill or Fit screen

    • Set Margins (e.g., 20) to adjust image sizing

    • Configure Slideshow interval (e.g., 5 seconds) for image rotation

  2. Under Success screen:

    • Upload a marketing image for the success screen that appears after check-in

    • This image can include custom messaging, referral offers, or instructions

  3. Click Save to apply all changes

Center-Level Customization
  1. Navigate to Configuration > Appointment and Queue management > Kiosk at the center level

  2. Enable Enable new Kiosk

  3. Access Customize theme for new kiosk (limited functionality) to override organization settings

  4. Upload center-specific marketing images while maintaining organizational appearance standards

  5. Configure Guest actions settings as needed for the center.

Note

When Enable new Kiosk is activated, booking-related settings like Bookings and Wait time during booking are automatically hidden since the new kiosk focuses on check-in functionality rather than appointment booking.
