Configure membership expiry communication
You can specify when to send reminder emails/text messages to guests when their membership expires or just before it expires.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Notify guest about membership expiry setting in the Memberships section.
Enable this setting.
To specify whether the reminder should be sent before or after membership expiry, from the Send before or after membership expires? list, select Before or After .
To specify when to send a reminder, in the When to send the email/text message (in days)? column, enter the number of days.
Click Save.
If you want to restrict this communication only to memberships that do not have auto-renewal set, enable the Send notification only if auto renewal is not set setting.
Example: If you select Before in Step 4 and enter a value of 4 in Step 5, your guest will receive a membership renewal reminder four days before the membership expiry date.
