Manage guest benefits on Zenoti Mobile v2 (on phones)

Manage memberships

As front-desk staff, you can view all the information about a guest's memberships and perform actions on them.

  1. In the guest profile overview tab, scroll through Memberships section.

    Here, only active memberships are displayed.

    Alternatively, in the guest profile, tap Menu on the top left and tap Memberships to view the details.

  2. Tap an active membership card to view it.

Note: To view details of ALL memberships (both active and inactive), tap > icon.

Front-desk staff with required role permissions can perform the following actions:

  • Check status balance, accruals, and redemptions

  • Collect payments

  • Waive collections

  • Process refunds

  • Transfer credits

  • View add-on members

  • Cancel membership

  • Freeze and unfreeze membership

  • View logs

  • View membership forms

  • Edit expiry date

Manage gift cards

As front-desk staff, you can view the details of all the gift cards that the guest purchased for herself and received from others.

  1. In the guest profile, tap Menu on the top left.

  2. Tap Gift cards to view the details.

    Front-desk staff with required role permissions can perform the following actions:

    • View redemption history

    • View changelog

    • Edit gift card balance

    • Edit expiry date

    • Edit expiry date

Manage packages

As front-desk staff, you can view all the information about a guest's packages and perform actions on them.

  1. In the guest profile overview tab, scroll through Packages section.

    Here, only active packages are displayed.

    Alternatively, in the guest profile, tap Menu on the top left and tap Packages to view the details.

  2. Tap an active package to view it.

Note: To view details of ALL packages (both active and inactive), tap > icon.

Front-desk staff with required role permissions can perform the following actions:

  • Check status balance, accruals, and redemptions

  • Collect payments

  • Process refunds

  • View logs

  • Edit start and expiry date

  • Freeze and unfreeze a package

Manage prepaid cards

As front-desk staff, you can view the details of all the prepaid cards that were issued as store credit.

  1. In the guest profile, tap Menu on the top left.

  2. Tap Prepaid cards to view the details.

Front-desk staff with required role permissions can perform the following actions:

  • View redemption history

  • Edit prepaid card balance

  • Edit expiry date

  • Refund the prepaid card

Manage loyalty points

In the guest profile overview tab, under the Loyalty points section, as front-desk staff, you can view the guest's accrued points, their worth, and perform actions on them.

  1. In the guest profile, tap Menu on the top left and tap Loyalty points to view the details.

  2. Tap to view details of accrual and redemption history.

Front-desk staff with required role permissions can perform the following actions:

  • View tiers, spending since last one year

  • Enroll in LP program

  • Cancel enrollment

  • Add points

  • Remove points
