What happens if Allow Check-ins only if forms are filled setting is enabled?

If this setting is enabled, guests can only check-in for appointments after they complete the guest and service forms.

What happens if Hide Internal Service and Tag Forms setting is enabled?

If this setting is enabled, the internal service and tag forms will not be available to the guest on Kiosk.

What happens if you enable both the Allow Check-ins only if forms are filled and Hide Internal Service and Tag Forms settings?

If you enable both the Allow Check-ins only if forms are filled and Hide Internal Service and Tag Forms settings, then the Internal forms won't appear on Kiosk and guests can only check-in after they complete all the guest-facing forms.

If a form is inactive, will it still appear on Kiosk?

Yes, inactive forms appear on Kiosk.

Can the centers of a business have different logos on Kiosk?

Some businesses operate their centers under different brand names. For branding purposes, on Kiosk, they can display the respective logo for each center. For this, they need to reach out to Zenoti support.

Is there a way to launch the Kiosk from an app instead of using the URL?

Yes. If you are using the Zenoti Mobile app on an iPad, then you can launch Kiosk through the Customer Kiosk option in the Settings menu.

To go back to the mobile app, click Cancel and enter your credentials.
