Australian GST receipt format
In Zenoti, you can enable the printing of Australia-specific GST formats at the center level. You can then print and email this receipt format to your guests.
When you enable this receipt format in Zenoti Web, it also becomes available in Zenoti Mobile (iOS).
Before you begin
Tax-inclusive pricing must be set at the organizational level.
Ensure that you have created the appropriate tax groups for GST and have enabled them for centers. Read: Create Tax Groups.
Assign the GST tax groups to various items at the center such as services, products, memberships, packages, and gift cards. Read: Associate Tax Groups to Various Items in a Center
Update the tax group for each service, product, and package at the organization level with the GST tax group. Read: Update the Tax Group for Various Business Offerings – GST
Enable the Australian GST receipt format
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Printer formats from the POS section.
Select the GST receipt – South Africa/Australia option.
Click Save.
GST for each line item
The GST receipt format of Australia also mandates that the tax amount be displayed for each line item.
Enable GST for each line item in an invoice
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Show tax components from the POS section.
Click Save.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Enter a label for Tax receipt vouchers from the POS section.
Enter a label for Tax receipt voucher.

Click Save.
