Total Visits
Total Visits in ezPulse represents the total number of guest invoices that include at least one service or product item type within the selected date range. In other words, it captures the total number of completed transactions or visits, regardless of whether guests purchased only services, only products, or a combination of both.
This metric reflects the total guest activity in your business, every invoice represents one visit. Tracking Total Visits helps you understand overall footfall, engagement, and how effectively guests are being converted into transactions.
Each unique invoice counts as a single visit, even if multiple services or products were sold in that transaction. Canceled or voided invoices are not included in this count.
Example: Suppose your center had the following transactions on a given day:
Three guests purchased services (each having one invoice).
Two guests only bought retail products.
One guest bought both a service and a product in a single invoice.
In this case, there are six invoices with at least one service or product item type. Therefore, the Total Visits = 6.
This means your center recorded six total guest visits for that day, representing all completed invoices that included at least one eligible sale item.
