Revenue Summary v1 report

The Revenue Summary report gives you details of the revenue generated from sales, refunds, and redemptions of services, products, memberships, packages, and classes at the current center for a date or date range.

You can view the Revenue Summary report on the following pages:

  1. Appointment Book

    From the context menu, select Today's Summary and then click the Revenue Summary tab.

  2. Configuration icon at center level

    1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

    2. Click Reports.

    3. On the Reports page, search for and select the Accounting - Revenue Summary report.

  3. Reports icon at center level

    1. At the center level, click the Reports icon.

    2. On the Reports page, search for and select the General - Revenue Summary report.

    3. Search for and open the Revenue Summary report.

      You can see two options - for the month and for the day. Open the required report.

Report Name

Lets you select the name of the report.

Date

Lets you select the dates for which you can view the report.

Service Revenue

Revenue from the services performed on the current date or during the date range.

Refunds

Revenue from the services refunded on the current date or during the date range.

Note

This is a negative number as the amount is refunded to guests.

Redemptions

Revenue from services that are paid through packages, memberships, gift cards, and prepaid cards on the current date or during the date range.

You will see this line item only if services are purchased through a liability on the current date or during the date range.

Product Revenue

Revenue from the products sold on the current date or during the date range.

Refunds

Revenue from the products refunded on the current date or during the date range.

Note

This is a negative number as the amount is refunded to guests.

Redemptions

Revenue from products that are purchased through packages, memberships, gift cards, and prepaid cards on the current date or during the date range.

You will see this line item only if products are purchased through a liability on the current date or during the date range.

Package Revenue

Initially recognized revenue from the packages sold on the current date or during the date range.

Initially Recognised Revenue (IRR) is the part of the sale price that is recognized as revenue at the moment of sale.

Package Expiry

Revenue from packages that are expired on the current date or during the date range.

You will see this line item only if your business has enabled the Allow balances from expired packages to recognize as revenue setting.

Membership Revenue

Revenue from the memberships sold on the current date or during the date range.

Membership Revenue = IRR + MRR

  • Initially Recognised Revenue (IRR) is the part of the sale price that is recognized as revenue at the moment of sale.

  • Monthly Recognised Revenue (MRR) is the part of the sale price is recognized as revenue each month for the duration of the membership.

    The value is calculated on a daily basis.

Class Revenue

Revenue from the classes conducted on the current date or during the date range.

Refunds

Revenue from the classes refunded on the current date or during the date range.

Note

This is a negative number as the amount is refunded to guests.

Redemptions

Revenue from classes that are purchased through packages, memberships, gift cards, and prepaid cards on the current date or during the date range.

You will see this line item only if there are classes purchased through a liability on the current date or during the date range.
