Configure issue settings

Issues are the range of concerns, complaints, and negative feedback that guests may raise with customers. There are various tasks involved in the process of creating, categorizing, monitoring, and addressing these issues the settings for which can be configured from Guests > Issues.

Considerations

When an issue is auto-created:

  • It is assigned to the Issue Owner defined in Default owners.

  • The Issue Owner receives the notification email (if email is activated).

This is the key link between feedback scores and notification delivery.
