Guest opt-outs report
Use the Guest opt-outs report to track comprehensive information on guests who have opted out of email and SMS marketing. At the organization level, it displays details of all guests who have opted out within a specified time frame. At the center level, it shows details of guests who have opted in and have a base center corresponding to that center. The details of opt-ins during guest creation are not captured in this report.
It helps you monitor all opt-outs that have occurred within a given time frame, enhancing your ability to manage your marketing and notification campaigns effectively. You can gain deeper insights into guest opt-out behavior, improve your campaign targeting, and ensure compliance with guest preferences.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Guest opt-outs report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
Column | Description |

Event | Event refers to a marketing or transactional communication through which a guest can choose to opt in or opt out. For example, an event can be Email opt in - Marketing, or Email opt out - Marketing. Each event has an individual entry. For example, if a guest has opted out of both Email and SMS marketing, they will have two separate records in the report output. |
Source | Source is the platform from where the events are initiated. For example, Email opt in - Marketing is initiated from the Guest Profile by the FDO.

Updated by | The employee or guest who triggered the event. For example, if an employee of your Organization triggered the event, then the name of this employee is shown in this column. If the event is triggered by a guest, then the name of guest appears. |
Base Center | Center in which the guest's profile exists. |
Campaign Name | The name of the campaign associated with the guest’s decision to opt out of marketing communications. |
