Currently, HyperConnect is available only in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Expansion to more countries is planned.

Getting Started
Subscription Information:: HyperConnect is not included in your Zenoti subscription. It is an AI add-on that requires a separate subscription. For details on subscription charges and to sign up, please contact expansionsales@zenoti.com .
Browser and Application Support: HyperConnect is currently supported only on the web browser including Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, and Opera. It is available on the Zenoti Mobile App (ZMA).
Transition from ezConnect: You cannot use HyperConnect and ezConnect at the same time. HyperConnect will replace ezConnect, and you will retain your conversation history from ezConnect. HyperConnect includes all the features of ezConnect and more.
Multi-Location and Call Center Support: HyperConnect is currently not available for use in multiple locations. HyperConnect for call centers will be available soon. For more information, reach out to expansionsales@zenoti.com.
