Troubleshoot issues with Windows

Problem: If you observe issues with Windows getting closed or minimized abruptly, such as when front-desk staff clicks a different payment method in POS, adds a service using Booking Wizard, or checks out a guest, it is because third-party cookies are blocked.

Solution: Allow third-party cookies in browser settings.

For Chrome: On January 4, 2024. Google Chrome started testing a new feature, Tracking Protection. This feature limits cross-site tracking by restricting website access to third-party cookies by default. It was rolled out to 1% of Chrome users globally.

If Tracking Protection is ON, enable the setting, Third-party cookies.
