Configure guest login and sign-up
At the organization level, click Configuration.
Search for and select the Guest Login & Sign up setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click Webstore V2 > Guest Login & Sign up.
Enable login options:
To allow guests to log into the Webstore using an email or a mobile phone number, enable the Give guest option to log in via mobile or email setting.
To allow guests to log in without a password, enable the verification code login option.
Customize sign-up fields:
To display the gender field in the guest's sign-up form, enable the Show guest gender field in sign up form setting.
To make gender selection mandatory for your guests while signing up, enable the Mandate guest gender field while sign up setting.
To send a one-time password to the guests when they sign up on your Webstore, enable the Mandate OTP for sign-up setting.
After verification, guests must provide their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Mobile Number, as these fields are mandatory. The Gender and Date of Birth (DOB) fields are configurable based on settings.
To outline the guest rights, responsibilities, and expectations for all involved entities, enter your regulation in the Marketing Terms And Conditions text field.
To specify the rules for providing the guest's first name, enter the range and special characters that are allowed for your studio in the First Name Regex field.
Sample firstname regex: ^[A-Za-zÀ-ÿ]{1}[A-Za-zÀ-ÿ0-9\-,\.`'’ ]{0,15}$
This means that the first name of the guest should have:
The first character of the name must be a-z, A-Z, À-ÿ
The rest of the name can contain a-z, A-Z, À-ÿ, 0-9, ., <comma>, ;, -, ', `, ’, or <empty-space>
Also, the first name must contain at least 1 character.
To display an error for an incorrect first name, enter the message in the First Name Validations text field. For example, Invalid first name.
Similarly, enter validation for the last name in the Last Name Regex field and update the validation message in the Last Name Validations field respectively.
To customize the birthday display text for the guests on the webstore, update the Guest Birthday Label field. For example, DOB or Bon Anniversaire.
Enable Redirect to guest profile page on login to automatically take guests to their profile after logging in.
Enable Redirect only for active membership users to apply profile redirection only for guests with active memberships.
Click Publish.
Impacts and considerations
Email/Text message credits will be used to send the verification code to the guest. Ensure you have enough credits available.
Stating the privacy policy during the sign-up process ensures compliance with regulations and builds customer trust. Administrators can configure this option in the Marketing Terms And Conditions field.
Guests can access the Webstore and CMA using either a password or a verification code. They can enter their email or mobile number and choose their preferred authentication method. If they forget their password, they can reset it using a verification code. To understand the complete login process and how different authentication options work, refer to Log in to Webstore and CMA.
Enable Extended Session for Guest
Zenoti allows businesses to extend the login session duration for guests. When enabled, guests remain logged in for a longer period without the need to re-authenticate, creating a smoother and more convenient booking experience.
This setting is especially useful for returning guests who frequently browse services, memberships, or packages.
At the organization level, click Configuration.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings > Webstore V2 > Guest Login and Sign up.
Turn on Enable extended session for Guest to allow guests to stay logged in beyond the default session duration.
When this setting is enabled, guest login sessions persist across visits until the configured expiry period is reached.
Use Expiry time for guest extended session (in days) to specify how long a guest stays logged in. Enter a value between 1 and 180 days.
Click Publish.
How It Works for Guests
Guests log in using a password or verification code (OTP).
Once authenticated, their session remains active for the configured duration, allowing them to stay logged in across visits.
While logged in, guests can see personalized details such as membership pricing, package benefits, and quick booking recommendations.
Guests are not required to log in again unless:
The session expires, or
They manually log out.
If a guest proceeds to make a payment using a saved card, they will be prompted to verify again using an OTP. This ensures payment security while maintaining a convenient browsing and booking experience.
