WhatsApp notification report

You can use this report to view the details of all the WhatsApp notifications that are sent to guests. If your center is running low on text credits, you can buy more credits from Zenoti Marketplace.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the WhatsApp notification report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

    You can filter by Communication Type, and if you choose Marketing as the Communication Type, you can further filter by Campaigns.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

  6. To view the WhatsApp credits used for the selected filters, check the total number of notifications sent at the bottom-right of the screen, next to the page number.

The table below describes the columns you see in the WhatsApp notification report with a description for each column.

Column

Description

Center Name

Center from which the WhatsApp notification was sent.

Guest Code

Code that uniquely identifies the guest.

Guest Name

Name of the guest.

Template

WhatsApp notification template that was used.

Message

WhatsApp notification content that was sent to the guest.

Reason

Reason why the delivery failed.

Sent On

Date on which the WhatsApp notification was sent from the center.

Sent To

List of mobile numbers to which the WhatsApp notification was sent - guest's mobile number and the mobile numbers that were added in the Forwarded To box in the template.

Guest Mobile

Mobile number of the guest.

Notification Category

Type of notification sent.
