Average service spend

Total service sales in closed invoices are divided by the number of closed invoices that have service sales.

Service Invoices Count

Zenoti > Reports NEW (v2 report) > Financial Reports > Sales - Accrual report > Select all values in Item Type, Sale Type, and Payment Type dropdown > Select centers as displayed in the ezPulse app.

  • Unhide the Invoice Closed Date and Status column.

  • Export the report in Excel, open the file remove the top 5 rows and the last row.

  • Select the table and Go to Insert Tab > Pivot table

  • Add Item Type in Filters, select Service.

  • Add Item Status in Filters, select Closed.

  • Add Invoice No in Rows and count the number of invoices shown.

Service Sale

Zenoti > Reports NEW > Financial Reports > Sales - Accrual report > Select all values in the Item Type, Sale Type, and Payment Type dropdown > select centers as displayed in ezPulse app.

  • Unhide the Invoice Closed Date and Status column.

  • Export the report in Excel, open the file remove the top 5 rows and the last row.

  • Select the table and Go to Insert Tab > Pivot table

  • Add Item Type in Filters and Sum Sales(Exc. Tax) column in values.

  • Select Service in the Item Type Filter, the value shown is the sale value.

Average service spend = Service Sale / Service Invoices Count
