Set up essential inventory details

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable colors and sizes for products setting from the Inventory section.
To categorize products by colors and sizes, enable this setting.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable center to act as a vendor for purchase orders setting from the Inventory section.
To authorize the center to operate as a vendor for purchase orders, enable this setting.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Prevent center from raising purchase orders setting from the Inventory section.
To restrict the center from initiating purchase orders, enable this setting.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Prevent center from raising transfer orders setting from the Inventory section.
To restrict the center from initiating transfer orders, enable this setting.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and turn on the Enable this center to act as a franchise setting from the Inventory section.
To designate the center as a franchise, enable this setting.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Format to print barcodes setting from the Inventory section.
Choose the way you want your barcodes to look, including the type of barcode, the size of the text, and other printing options.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select What all attributes would you like to include? setting from the Inventory section.
Select the relevant attributes to include based on the requirement.
Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Check current stock level of a product during sale setting from the Inventory section.
Select the preferred option to allow centers to check product stock during sales.
Click Save.

You can reduce the manual effort of changing retail pricing based on vendor or manufacturer’s pricing updates by synchronizing the selling price with the MRP.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Sync sale price with MRP whenever updates are made to MRP setting from the Inventory section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
