Macros in the Appointment Completion notification

  • Note: This is the appointment completion (to provider) notification. This is different from the appointment completion (to guest) notification. The Zenoti interface refers to this notification as the Appointment completion notification.

    Informs providers that the appointment is completed.

  • When is the appointment completion notification sent?

    Sent when an appointment is marked Complete.

  • What communication methods can you configure for the appointment completion notification?

    You can configure an email and a text template, and a push notification.

The table below describes the macros available in the appointment completion notification. Use these macros to customize or personalize the appointment completion notification. For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.

Duration of the upcoming service in the appointment

Start date and time of the next service

End date and time of the next service
