Mentor Sales Metrics report

The Mentor Sales Metrics report helps you track various details about service and retail sales for which an employee acted as a mentor/educator in a given time period. You can use this report to:

  • Track the total invoices for which mentors/educators provided their ratings in a given time period.

  • View details for services such as service sales, service count, and service sales per invoice for which the employee acted as a mentor/educator, in a given time period.

  • View details for retail sales, retail count, and retail sales per invoice for which the employee acted as a mentor/educator, in a given time period.

  1. Ensure that you are at the Center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Employee > Performance (from the filter).

  4. From the list of reports, click Mentor Sales Metrics. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Make your selections in the filter criteria and click Refresh.

  6. To export the report, click the Excel or .CSV icons.

Based on your requirement, from the drop-down list, select either today, last 7 or 14 days, 1, 2, 3, or 6 months. You can alternatively choose Custom from the list and specify custom dates.

Note

For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Employee Name

  • All Mentors

  • Names of individual employees who are mentors

Select the name of any one employee who acted as a mentor/educator. Else, select All Mentors.

Invoice Status

  • All Invoices

  • Open

  • Closed

Specify if you want to view data for Open, Closed, or All invoices.

Code

Displays the unique identifier of the employee who is a mentor/educator.

Mentor

Displays the name of the employee who is a mentor/educator.

Total Invoices

Displays the total number of invoices on which the employee acted as a mentor by rating a provider for one or more services, in the given time period.

Example: 5

Service Sales

Displays the total sale amount of services for which the employee was a mentor/educator in the given time period.

Example: $ 1500

Service Count

Displays the total number of services for which the employee was a mentor in the given time period.

Example: 10

Service Sale Per Invoice

Displays the average value of the service sale per invoice. Zenoti calculates the Service Sale per Invoice as Service Sales/Total Invoices.

In the above example, 1500/5 = $300

Service Count Per invoice

Displays the average number of services per invoice. Zenoti calculates the Service Count per Invoice as Service Count/Total Invoices.

In the above example: 10/5 = 2

Retail Sales

Displays the total sale amount from the sale of products on invoices for which the employee was the mentor. Zenoti considers all products sold on an invoice to all the mentors included in the invoice. Example: If three products are sold on an invoice that has two mentors, Zenoti considers both mentors to have sold the three products. So, retails sales = $500

Retail Count

Displays the total number of products sold in invoices for which the employee was a mentor in the given time period.

Example: 8

Retail Sale Per Invoice

Displays the average value of the retail sale per invoice. Zenoti calculates the retail sale per invoice as Retail Sales/Total Invoices. In this
