Archive a class

The Archived status indicates that a class has been marked as completed or finished, and no new sessions can be scheduled. However, existing sessions, including those scheduled for future dates, will continue as planned until completion. Archived classes are not available for scheduling new sessions.

Required roles: Owner or Administrator

Required permissions: Training > Classes > Add, Edit

  1. At the organization level, click the Fitness icon and select Classes.

  2. Search and select the required class to be achieved.

  3. To archive the selected class, click Archive.

    To change the status of an archived class, follow the same steps and click Unarchive .

Impacts & Considerations
  • Archived classes display an Archived tag next to the class name on the Classes page for easy identification.

  • Other activities like student enrollment and instructor substitution for an existing session can be performed for archived classes.
