Commissionable Service Sales per Production Hours

This metric represents the amount of commissionable service revenue generated per productive hour worked. It focuses specifically on sales that are eligible for staff commissions, helping track performance in terms of compensable output.

By dividing Commissionable Service Sales by Stylist Production Hours, you can assess how much commissionable revenue each productive hour contributes, which helps with incentive analysis and goal-setting.

Example: If Commissionable Service Sales total is $300 and your stylists worked 24 production hours and 24 minutes, then:

Commissionable Service Sales / Production Hours = $300 ÷ ((24*60 + 24) / 60) = $300 ÷ (1464 / 60) = $300 / 24.4 = 12.30

This means each productive hour generated $12.30 in commissionable service sales.
