Average Service Time

Average Service Time inezPulseshows the average duration of services performed during the selected date range. It is calculated by dividing the total service time across invoices by the number of invoices that include services.

Invoice service time is measured from the earliest service start time to the latest service end time on an invoice.

This metric helps teams evaluate overall service efficiency and throughput, making it easier to identify trends in how long services take on average.

Example:

If 100 invoices include services and the total service time across those invoices is 9,000 minutes, then:

Average Service Time = 9,000 ÷ 100 =90 minutes

This means that, on average, each service invoice took 90 minutes during the reporting period.
