Why do I see an account suspension notice on my dashboard? What are my next steps?

 

You are seeing the account suspension notice because your subscription payment to Zenoti is overdue.  

Your next steps 

Choose one of the actions below:

  • Click Pay Now to open the payment link and clear your dues. 

  • Click Mail Now to send an email to the Zenoti billing team to get details of overdue invoices. Zenoti’s billing team will assist you with invoice details and available payment methods.

If you believe the payment method is already updated, payments may still have failed due to any of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient balance on the card

  • Incorrect bank account information, including ACH (Automated Clearing House) or direct debit details

  • Invalid or expired card

  • Temporary hold on card

Please contact your bank to remove the hold on Zenoti charges.
