Why do I see an account suspension notice on my dashboard? What are my next steps?

You are seeing this notice because your payment to Zenoti is overdue. Overdue payments may lead to service suspension. Please clear all your dues as soon as possible to avoid any disruption.

What are my next steps?

You may choose from the following two options to resolve the issue:

  1. Pay Now

    • Click Pay Now on your dashboard to open the payment link and update your payment method.

    • The updated payment method will be used for all future payments to Zenoti.

    • Once your payment is successful, the alert will disappear within 24 hours.

    Note

    This option is not available for businesses in India and UAE. You can send an email to billing@zenoti.com or reach out to your Zenoti representative.

  2. Mail Now

    • Click Mail Now on your dashboard to open your email client and send an email to the Zenoti billing team.

    • You can request a detailed statement of your overdue invoices, including invoice numbers, due dates, and outstanding amounts.

    • If you already have your invoices but have questions, email your queries directly to billing@zenoti.com. Our team will assist you promptly with invoice details and available payment methods.

    If you believe the payment method is already updated, payments may still have failed due to any of the following reasons:

    • Insufficient funds or balance on your card

    • Invalid or expired card

    • Incorrect bank account information (including ACH or direct debit details)

    • Temporary hold placed on your card (by your bank)

    Note

    Please contact your bank to remove the hold on Zenoti charges.
