Switch views in Zenoti Mobile

Switch to calendar view

  1. Access Appointments from the Zenoti Mobile menu.

    Note

    By default, Zenoti Mobile opens in the list view.

  2. Tap the ellipsis (...) icon.

  3. Tap Calendar View.

    Note

    You can tap an appointment to view its details in the Appointment Details screen.

Perform these steps

Change the appointment status

Tap the ellipsis icon (...) and select from the following appointment statuses:

  • Confirm: To confirm the appointment for a guest.

  • Cancel: To cancel the appointment for a guest.

  • No Show: To mark the appointment as no show, when the guest does not show up for the appointment.

  • Check In: To check in the guest.

Modify service duration

Drag the red dot that appears for the appointment block. To increase or decrease the duration, touch and hold along the red dot in the appointment block.

Zoom in or zoom out

Pinch the screen or expand the screen, as required.

Move an appointment

  1. Touch and hold the appointment block and then drag it to the appropriate time slot for the same or another provider.

  2. When you are done, tap anywhere in the appointment book to save the change.

Book an appointment

  1. Touch and hold an empty slot for a provider.

  2. To open and select a guest, tap Select Customer.

  3. Tap +Service and then select a service.

  4. Tap Done. The appointment is booked and appears for the provider.

Manage the Appointment Details screen

Tap the appointment.

You can:

  • Edit Appointment

  • Access and Manage Guest Details page

  • View the service details and change the Appointment status

  • Track Consumables

  • Select an Add-on for a service

  • Access the form required for the service or membership

  • Start or Complete the service

  • View or add appointment notes

  • Add a guest to a group booking

  • Add retail items

  • Collect Payment and access POS

Create block-out time

  1. Touch and hold the empty slot for a provider.

  2. Tap Blockout Time and configure the block out time for a provider.

    Alternatively, to open the Add Block out time window, tap the ellipsis icon (...) next to the provider’s name.

Check in or check out an employee

Tap the ellipsis icon (...) next to the provider’s name and select the Check In or Check out option, as required.

Switch to List view

  1. On the Appointments tab, tap the ellipsis (...) icon.

  2. Tap List View.

Perform these steps

Book an appointment

  1. Tap the + sign.

  2. To search and select your guest, use the search bar.

  3. Tap Add Service and select the service the guest requested.

  4. Enter the add-on, provider, duration, and room details.

Modify an appointment

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap Edit in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Modify the required information.

  4. Tap Save.

Manage guest details

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap the name of the guest.

  3. Select the required tab.

  4. View the information or modify the information as required.

Change the appointment status

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Select the status.

Manage guest forms

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap the guest form.

  3. Tap the lock icon.

  4. Expand each form and fill in the required information.

  5. Tap Submit.

Start and end a service

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. When you are ready to begin your service, tap Start.

    To change the status back to the previous status, tap Undo Start.

  3. After you are done with the service, tap Complete.

Add appointment notes

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Next to Appointment Notes, tap the Edit icon.

  3. Enter your notes and tap Save.

Add an appointment to a group

  1. Tap the ‘+’ symbol to add an appointment.

  2. To select the number of guests you want to book as part of the group appointment, select the Booking for drop-down list.

  3. Enter a group name.

  4. Enter the guest details and services for each guest.

  5. To mark that guest as the host, select the checkbox against the guest’s name.

  6. Tap Confirm Appointment.

Note

To add a guest to the group, tap the Add to Group option that appears in the Appointment Details or the Take Payment screens. Enter the group name to which you want to add the guest and tap Add.

Add more services

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap Add another service.

  3. Search for and select the desired service and time.

  4. Confirm the appointment.

Add retail items

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap Add more.

  3. Go to the relevant tab and add the retail item.

  4. Apply benefits, if required.

  5. Tap Take Payment and choose the payment method based on the guest’s preference.

  6. Close the invoice.

Take payment

  1. Select an appointment.

  2. Tap Proceed for Payment.

  3. Tap Take Payment and select the payment modes based on guest preference.

  4. Close the invoice.
