Create a class tag

Tags are used to group and categorize classes based on specific criteria such as cardio, high-intensity workout, weightlifting, powerlifting, yoga, and pilates. You must assign a custom form while creating a class tag.

You can only create class tags and tag groups at the organization level. At the center level, Managers and Administrators have the ability to view class tags, tag groups, and the classes to which they are assigned.

Required roles: Owner or Administrator

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select the Class tags setting from the Fitness section.

  3. At the top-right corner of the Class tags page, click Add.

  4. Enter the required details in the fields by referring to the following descriptions:

    Field

    Description

    Display Name

    The title for the tag that appears on the Webstore and ZMA interface.

    Display Name can be different from the tag Name that you use to refer to the tag internally.

    Select a form

    From the dropdown, assign a custom form for the tag. You can select an option from the existing forms available for your studio.

    The form you select here will be associated with the class to which you assign this tag.

  5. Click Save.

Create a class tag group

Class tag groups are created to categorize classes across broader classifications such as cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and flexibility. Tag groups have multiple tags.

For example, class tags like Weightlifting and Powerlifting can be grouped under a Strength Training class tag group to create a better composition of classes.

Required roles: Owner or Administrator

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select the Class tag groups setting from the Fitness section.

  3. At the top-right corner of the Class tag groups page, click Add.

  4. Enter the required details in the fields by referring to the following descriptions:

    Field

    Description

    Display Name

    The title for the tag group that appears on the Webstore and ZMA interface.Display Name can be different from the Group Name that you use to refer to the tag group internally.

    Display Order

    The order in which the group tags are displayed for a class on the Roster View, Appointment Book, and, ZMA.

    Tags

    Assign tags that you need to be grouped together. You can only select existing tags available for your studio.

    At least one tag must be associated with the tag group.

  5. Click Save.
