Integration data export report

You can use the Integration data export report to view and analyze all your exported financial data. You can modify the report view using the provided filters. The centers drop-down list displays all the centers at which the export feature is enabled.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: From Configuration > Security > Security Roles > Reports v2 > Integrations, enable accounting exports report.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Integration Data Export Report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Description

Start Date

Start date set from Manual Sync during export.

End Date

End date set from Manual Sync during export.

Link

Download link to your exported file.

Created by

User who triggered the manual sync.

Status

Status of the export.

  • Scheduled: Export is scheduled for a future time, awaiting execution.

  • Queued: Export is being processed.

  • Success: Export is complete, and the link is generated.

  • Failed: Export process encountered errors.

Errors

Errors due to which the export failed.

Created on

Timestamp indicating when the export was initiated.

Actions

Delete: Delete the exported record. For example, if the export is experiencing delays in the queue, you can delete the stalled export and initiate the export process again.
