Bookings by source

Sources of all appointment groups are included based on the appointment date, except those that are deleted, voided, canceled, or marked as no-shows. When this is accessed at the beginning of the day, it displays all bookings scheduled for the day, excluding deleted, voided, canceled, and no-show appointments.

To reconcile and drill in further, follow these steps:

  1. Click View reports.

  2. The Appointments report appears.

  3. From the Date Type list, select Appointment Date.

  4. Select Dates and Centers.

  5. From the Appointment Source list, choose the sources that correspond to the data you require, as detailed below:

    • To view total bookings, select All.

    • To view Webstore bookings, select Online.

    • To view CMA bookings, select Mobile-CMA.

    • To get kiosk bookings, select Kiosk and Kiosk Web.

    • To view offline bookings (walk ins, phone calls), select everything except Online, Mobile-CMA, Kiosk, and Kiosk Web.

  6. Click Refresh.
