This article explains how to access and use Zenoti Labs, a discovery space for testing early-access Innovation Features in the Zenoti platform. You will learn how Zenoti Labs works, who can access it, and how to provide feedback on the experimental features included.

Overview

Zenoti Labs is a built-in section within your Zenoti platform (found under the Configuration menu) that gives Business Owners and Admins early access to experimental product features. These Innovation Features are designed to solve real-world business problems and are introduced as part of hackathons and R&D efforts.

Zenoti Labs lets you preview, enable, and experiment with these features — before they become part of the standard product. This helps your business stay ahead while directly shaping product development through feedback.

Prerequisites

This section lists the minimum requirements—so you can ensure a smooth, error-free experience when exploring Innovation Features. To access and use Zenoti Labs, you must:

  • Be logged in as a Business Owner or Admin.

  • Ensure your user role has the necessary configuration permissions.

  • Use a version of the Zenoti platform that includes the Labs section.

Limitations

Because Zenoti Labs is an experimental space, it comes with certain boundaries. This section outlines what isn’t included.

  • Zenoti Labs is visible only to Business Owners/Admins.

  • Add-on features are excluded and will not appear in this section.

  • Some Innovation Features may be hidden if access is limited to specific customer cohorts.

  • After enabling a feature, admins must manually notify employees about its availability.

  • Zenoti Labs is not a standalone module—it is a section embedded in the existing configuration panel.
