Quick Book on New Kiosk

This article explains how guests can use the Quick Book feature on the Kiosk to rebook their previously booked services quickly, without browsing the full service menu.

Overview

The Quick Book feature on the Kiosk enables guests to instantly rebook services from their previous visit. The Kiosk displays the guest's most recently booked services, preferred provider, and pricing, allowing them to confirm or customize their appointment in just a few taps.

This feature reduces check-in time, eliminates repetitive service selection, and provides a personalized experience for returning guests.

Use Quick Book on the Kiosk

After the guest signs in on the Kiosk, the service selection page displays a Quick Book section near the top of the screen. This section shows the services the guest booked during their previous visit.

Book with a Preferred Provider

When the guest's previously assigned provider is available, the Kiosk displays their name alongside the previously booked services.

To book with the same provider:

  1. On the service page, locate the Quick Book section.

  2. Select previously booked services. A panel displays the service details, total price, duration, and preferred provider.

  3. Review the services listed. Tap Add & customise to add the services to the current booking.

  4. On the Review your selection page, verify the services, provider, and start time.

  5. Tap the time displayed next to Starts at to select a different time slot if required.

  6. Tap Confirm Check-in to complete the booking.

Note: The Add & customise option allows the guest to modify provider preferences, add more services, or adjust the appointment before confirming check-in.

Book When the Preferred Provider Is Unavailable

When the previously assigned provider is not available for the current visit, the Kiosk automatically detects this and displays an alternate booking option.

To book with the next available provider:

  1. On the service page, locate the Quick Book section.

  2. Select previously booked services. The panel displays a message: "Your previous provider is not available today. We'll find you the next available provider."

  3. Review the services listed. Tap Add & customise with any provider to proceed.

  4. On the Review your selection page, verify the services, assigned provider, and start time.

  5. Tap Confirm Check-in to complete the booking.

Note: When a preferred provider is unavailable, Zenoti assigns the next available provider automatically. The guest can modify the provider on the Review your selection page if needed.

Select an Appointment Time Slot

On the Review your selection page, the Kiosk displays the expected start time for the appointment. Guests can select a different available slot if required.

To change the appointment time:

  1. On the Review your selection page, tap the time shown next to Starts at.

  2. A time picker panel opens, displaying available morning and evening slots for the current date.

  3. Tap a time slot to select it. The selected slot is highlighted.

  4. Alternatively, tap Get serviced in 15 mins or Add to Queue to join the walk-in queue for faster service.

  5. Tap Confirm Check-in to finalize the booking.

Note: The time picker displays available slots based on provider availability. Unavailable slots cannot be selected.

Add More Services

On the Review your selection page, guests can add more services to the same appointment before confirming check-in.

To add another service:

  1. On the Review your selection page, tap + Add another service.

  2. Browse or search for additional services on the service selection page.

  3. Select the desired service. The service is added to the appointment.

  4. Return to the Review your selection page and tap Confirm Check-in.
