Choose default item type to be shown in Point of Sale

Select the default item type to be shown in the sale section of Point of Sale.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: None 

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select Default item type in POS under Basic invoice actions from Invoices under the POS section.

  3. From the dropdown list, select the default item type - Products, Services, Membership, Packages, Gift cards

  4. Click Save.

To replace the existing default type, select another option from the dropdown list.
