Allow usage of membership benefits after expiry or cancellation
A guest might accrue membership credit value or service credits before it expires or is canceled. In such cases, you can allow the guest to use those membership benefits. You can also set a limit in terms of the number of days after expiry or cancellation for this redemption at the center level.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Required permissions: None
Enable redemption at the organization level
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for the Allow redemption post expiry or cancellation setting in the Memberships section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
You can restrict the ability to enable this setting only to employees who have the Authorize Redemption Post Expiry/Cancellation permission enabled. To do this, enable the Allow with authorization setting.
To block the redemption post membership expiry or cancellation, switch off the Allow redemption post expiry or cancellation setting the on this page.
Impacts and considerations
You can override the organizational level setting in the membership master (Advanced Properties -> Redemption post expiry or cancellation).
Set the grace period for redemption at the center level
At the center level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for the Block redemption after (number of days) after membership is cancelled, terminated, or has expired setting in the Memberships section.
To specify the number of days after expiry or cancellation for allowing redemption, enter a number in the Block redemption after (number of days) after membership is cancelled, terminated, or has expired column.
Click Save.
