Manage online booking requests

To manage online bookings in the redesigned appointment book, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the redesigned appointment book and click the Online bookings icon.

    If you do not see this icon, navigate to right pane and click More > Online bookings.

  2. Click one of the following tabs:

    • Requests

    • Bookings

    • Cancellations

Modify request details

  1. At step 2, click Requests.

  2. Click the drop-down in any of the columns and select the required value.

  3. Click Confirm.

  4. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Confirm.

    Note: If the request does not specify the therapist, you can only confirm the appointment after selecting a therapist.

Confirm requests

  1. At step 2, click Requests.

  2. Click Confirm.

  3. Enter a relevant comment and click Confirm.

Decline a request

  1. At step 2, click Requests.

  2. Click Decline.

  3. Enter the reason and then click Confirm.

Change the appointment

  1. At step 2, click Requests.

  2. Click Change.

  3. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Change.

  4. Modify the appointment as required, and then click Save.

Modify the start time, therapist, room, and equipment

  1. At step 2, click Bookings.

  2. Click the drop-down in any of the columns and select the required value.

  3. Click Review.

Modify the booking, including the services

  1. At step 2, click Bookings.

  2. Click Modify.

  3. Modify the appointment as required, and then click Save.

Review the booking

  1. At step 2, click Bookings.

  2. Click Review.
